Sandra is a licensed mental health practitioner and is certified in training and facilitation of mediation and conflict resolutions processes. Her strength is designing and delivering organizational needs assessments, individual coaching-counseling, executive leadership coaching and conflict management.

Ruben D. Harris

A 22-year Decorated Army Veteran, Ruben joined Harrisolutions with the vision and drive to integrate his broad military experience to the field of conflict resolution, mediation and life coaching.

Yaniris A. Urbaez

Yaniris has a long career dedicated to educating, inspiring and guiding people to achieve their life purpose. Yaniris is an educator, facilitator, and an ordain minister committed to awakening and connecting humanity with its divinity. As the founder of Encuentros, Yaniris uses her talents, academic knowledge and her spiritual gift to develop programs, conferences and seminars in order to foster personal and spiritual growth.

Heidy’s passion is to empower, encourage, and inspire individuals to live their best life. She utilizes her years of experience as an expert connector and relationship builder to assess, support and connect clients to appropriate services.
